Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on playlove.cards. By confirming your basket, you accept them.

1. The products

PLAYLOVE sells digital card games for couples and for groups of friends. Each game includes a version you can play online, on a phone or computer, and a PDF file to print. The content of each game (number of cards, moods, rules) is described on its page. A free sample is available before purchase so you know what to expect.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The applicable price is the one displayed when you order. Discount codes are applied before payment and cannot be combined. The complete box gives access to every game in the catalogue at the time of purchase.

3. Ordering

You add games to the basket, enter your email address, then pay by card on the secure Stripe payment page. No account is needed. The order is confirmed as soon as payment is received: you then get a confirmation email with your links. Double-check your email address, since that is where everything arrives.

4. Delivery

Delivery is immediate after payment. It happens by email and on your order page, which stays available through its link. From that page you play online and download the PDF in the language of your order. Download links are valid for 30 days, with 10 downloads per file. After that, write to us and we will reactivate them.

If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us at contact@playlove.cards with the address you used.

5. Right of withdrawal

The games are digital content supplied without a physical medium. Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once delivery has started with your agreement. When paying, you expressly request immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal. If you wish to keep that right, do not tick the box and do not place the order.

6. Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal right of use, within your private circle, with no time limit. You may share the order link with your partner or your group and print the cards for yourself. Reselling, publishing, distributing or offering the games for download, in whole or in part, is prohibited. Texts and visuals remain the property of the publisher.

7. Adult content

Some moods and some games are reserved for adults; they are marked “18+”. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Games that mention drinks can be played just as well without alcohol: nothing ever forces anyone to drink. Any card can be skipped. You remain responsible for how you play.

8. Warranty and liability

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to digital content. If a file is unreadable or does not match its description, write to us: we will replace it or refund you. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order. We cannot be held responsible for a use of the games that goes against their rules or common sense.

10. Customer service and disputes

For any question: contact@playlove.cards. We reply within two working days. These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we will first look for an amicable solution; the consumer mediator’s details are in the legal notice.
